Every year in the UK were ‘blessed’ with channel 4 bringing us a reality show known as Big Brother, im sure even if your not in the UK you would of heard about it or god forbid have your own cheap and shitty rip off of it. But anyway it’s that time of year again, Big Brother will be starting very soon, I just know it, I’m really guessing, but it usually starts just after I come back from Scotland (I go every year) and that’s end of May early June plus there are those 7 DAYS screen randomly flash on Channel 4, and that’s my queue to go “Screw you”.

A couple of days ago I posted about a bandwidth issues, that had recently been happening. If you didn’t read the post click here Bandwidth amount is no longer a problem as I have just bumped my account to 80GB per month, and you’d think wow your not crazy, that’s exactly what I think too, but im still using about 4 GB per day, well it’s usually around 3.94 GB and does vary slightly, but the usage is very much high.

Adding glow can make things look special or stand out and it can be applied to lots of different things. Glow can be used in website designs, to make something look just a little more special than the average look. In this case I’m going to use glow and apply it to a navigation bar to make look a little bit more ‘Wow’ than the average navigation bar, using nicely coloured gradients and bit of CSS magic, I’m going to show you how to achieve a real nice navigation effect, which looks smooth, sleek and with a few little extras to make it stand out.

There are many different website layouts that are designed differently, many website layouts choose to have one or more sidebar, but a problem that you many encounter is how can you get the sidebar to be same length as your content? This is a good question, because if your sidebar ends before your content then your website layout will look strange. But there are methods of being able to achieve a sidebar that is the same height as your content. It’s a question which I ask myself every year that the Eurovision song contest graces our screens, courtesy of the BBC. Every year it was on since I was about 8 or 9 my dad and I always watched it (Because the actual contest always falls on Saturday) and we will probably both end up watching it this year to. But we’d both admit that we watch it for a laugh, because I don’t think anyone in UK takes it seriously any more, and with good reason. Eurovision is no longer about talent, it’s simply political and cheesy.
