My first venture into the podcast world
Last night my friend Fire G, his friend Andrew and myself have recorded the first podcast episode for the new podcast series FS Air, we currently have and scheduled five episode for the series and the first one was recorded last night (For Fire G it was the afternoon and for Andrew it was the morning. Screw time zones! there all bulls**t) but time zones aside we managed to find a slot where we could all get online and record!
To kick off the series the introduction podcast was about How coding languages help you in school. As soon as I read the Word Document briefing about it I was quite engaged in the topic already, we we’re all engaged in the topic as we have experience in the whole coding sector, and once more we all had interesting stories to tell about coding languages in schools. Now Im not going to say much more on the content of the podcast. But I will give you the link to the podcast so you can listen to us and what we thought:
(Link has now been removed we we’re only intending to show a few people, please listen to the podcast when FS-Air is released to the public properly)
For me though the whole podcast world is something very new to me. I mean most people have heard of a podcast, I mean many people may not actually do podcasts but have a understanding of a podcast. Up until about 10:30 PM last night I was one of those people, but now I’ve officially entered the world of podcasting, and although being nervous I generally enjoyed it, I think we we’re all a bit nervous and maybe some shaky parts occurred in the podcast but I thought we all did very well and I hope Fire G and Andrew enjoyed themselves too.
Something that I’ve mentioned in this arcticle is FS-Air (Fire Studios Air) FS-Air is the place where the podcasts are going to be uploaded to and displayed for listeners. All of the podcasts will be located on FS-Air. Now it’s early days but from the talk me and Fire G had last night is that the plan is to buy a domain name e.g. fs-air.com and have a dedicated site to upload and present the podcasts instead of having them in a sub-directory on his website e.g. fire-studios.com/blog/fs-air. So hopefully we can get that sorted soon and when we do I’ll be sure to update you all here (Im sure a link on the top bar will also be appearing look out for it!)
So as well as blogging, im now a podcaster! Whatever next:
